However, I want to be 100% transparent: Because these were manufactured in an Asian factory, the software appears currently locked to Celsius and Milliliters. It does not natively (USA) display Fahrenheit or Ounces.

I am not 100% sure if it is permanently locked. I am still personally trying to figure out if there is a way to "unlock" the Imperial units through a firmware update or a hidden setting. If I figure it out, I will let every buyer know immediately.
